Mediterranean Deboned Chicken

Grilled deboned chicken thighs stuffed with sun-dried tomato and basil pesto. Served with a creamy white wine, sundried tomato and fresh basil sauce.

 

Crisp-tender chicken in the most amazing cream sauce ever. It’s so good, you’ll want to guzzle down the sauce!

 

  • Cooking/Heating Instructions

    PACKAGING: The food is packaged in disposable foil container. Safe for food storage up to 30 days. Safe to place directly in oven (without lid) to bake. Not recommended to heat in microwave.

    THIS PRODUCT IS SUITABLE TO HEAT IN AN OVEN.

    Oven

    • DEFROST CHICKEN AND SAUCE PRIOR TO COOKING
    • Preheat oven to 180°C.
    • Bake only the Chicken for 15 minutes, until golden brown
    • Add the defrosted creamy sauce with the chicken and bake for an additional 15 minutes (untill sauce start boiling). DON'T OVER COOK - THE CREAM MIGHT SPLIT.
    • Once defrosted, please keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours

    Note: No time to defrost? No problem! Only the chicken can be cooked from frozen. The sauce need to be carefully defrosted in microwave on defrost setting. Follow cooking guidelines and increase cooking time by approximately 10 minutes. Cover with kitchen foil halfway through the cook to avoid over browning.

    Serving Suggestion
    Best served with basmati rice or creamy mash. Add additional fresh herbs to garnish this amazing dish.
